"Hotelza.com" "us," "we," or "our" means Genza SA, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of the Switzerland, and having its registered address at Rue de Lausanne 37 1201, Geneva, Switzerland with the registration number of CH - 660.2.005.016-6 and with the VAT number of CHE-230.362.963 MWST and trademark registry number of [2015 01162]. .

"Platform" means the website and app on which the Travel Service is made available owned, controlled, managed, maintained, and/or hosted by Hotelza.com.

"Travel" means the various different travel products and services that can be ordered, acquired, purchased, bought, paid, rented, provided, reserved, combined, or consummated by you from the Travel Provider.

"Travel Provider" means the professional provider of accommodations, attractions, transportation provider, tour operators, travel insurances, and any other travel or related product or service as from time to time available for Trip Reservation on the Platform.

"Client" means the person who makes an online purchase, order, (facilitated) payment, or reservation service as offered or enabled by Hotelza.com in respect to various products and services as from time to time made available by Travel Providers on the Platform (whether B2B or B2C).


Through the Platform, we provide an online platform through which Travel Providers-in their professional conduct of business (B2C or B2B)-can advertise, market, sell, promote, and/or offer (as applicable) their products and service for order, purchase, reservation, hire, and through which relevant visitors of the Platform can discover, search, compare, and make an order, reservation, purchase, or payment (Travel Services). By using or utilizing the Travel Service, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Travel Provider with which you make a reservation or purchase a product or service (as the case may be). As of the date you make your Travel Reservation, we act as the sole intermediary between you and the Travel Provider and we share the relevant details of your Travel Reservation to the relevant Travel Provider and send you a confirmation e-mail on behalf of the Travel Provider.

Our Travel Service is only made available for personal and non-commercial use. Thus, you are in no mean entitled to resell, deep link, use, copy, display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products, or services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.


The prices displayed by the Travel Providers on our Platform include their revenue margins for the services. All prices for your reservation are displayed including VAT/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to any change in such taxes) and fees, unless stated differently on our Platform or the confirmation email/ticket. Ticket prices are per person or group and subject to validity or expiration as indicated on the ticket, if applicable.

Hotelza shall not be liable in the event the Client has not made his/her payment and/or received the reservation confirmation or due to any changes in the pricing of accommodation, plane tickets or other extra services since such prices may differ due to timing, high demand or other events. However, the price shall be fixed upon receipt of the reservation confirmation.

Accommodation: Cancellation policies shall be designated by the relevant Travel Provider and terms and conditions applied by the relevant Travel Provider shall be applicable. Unless otherwise expressly stated during reservation of the accomodation or at the website, reservation can be cancelled free up to 10 days prior to accomodation date. however, non-refundable rooms shall not be subject to cancellation as of the date of the reservation.

Flight tickets: Cancellation policies shall be designated by the relevant Airlinnes and all terms in relation to airlines of the flight tickets are expressly stated under the section of "important information" and these terms shall be applicable. In addition to thar, Hotelza shall be entitled to a service fee of EUR 25 for each ticket cancellation or change. Promotion flight tickets cannot be cancelled and any refund shall not be made by Hotelza. However, the Client may ask for tax refund from the relevant Airline in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Airlines. In the event of cancellation of a flight due to any reason attributable to the airline, Hotelza shall not be responsible and this will be settled between the airline company and the Client. However, if the airline company makes a refund to Hotelza with regard to the ticket fee, Hotelza will refund such amount to the Client.

Car rentals: Cancellation policy for each car and territory differs and relevant details regarding cancellation period, terms and monetary fines are explained in our Platform. In the event the Client voluntarily cancels the reservation, the designated monetary fine shall be charged. Refund shall not be made if the cancellation and return periods are expired. Car rental Companies may request pre-provision from the credit card, double credit card or additional document due to their internal procedures, the deposit amount is clearly stated in our Platform. Hotelza shall not have any responsibility and it will not make any refund in the event the Client does not satisfy the reservation conditions, e.g. does not have a credit card for the deposit, insufficient balance or not being able to provide a double credit card and/or additional documents (as the case may be) and therefore, the Car rental Company does not give the car. In such case, the Client cannot make any refund claim from Hotelza. this will be settled between the Car rental company and the Client.


Hotelza shall be entitled to ask for a verification for any suspicious reservation or cancel such reservation unilaterally. Credit card verification may be requested from Clients where there is a doubt regarding authenticity of the information provided during the reservation, the credit card used for making a reservation do not belong to the Clients or there are other persons other than the owner of the credit card amongst Clients. Reservation can be cancelled if the requested credit card verification is not made by the Client (cancellation includes the whole scope of the service). 


Refunds shall be made to the credit card which the payment is made by applying the relevant fees and deductions. The Client cannot request refund to any other credit card which the payment is made or to third parties or to another bank account.

If the payment is made via a method other than credit card, the refund shall be made to the relevant account. Hotelza shall not be responsible from the transfer fees or any other deductions made by the banks.

Refund shall not be made to a third party's account or credit card, it shall be made to the same account of payment. Refund process shall be completed within 1 week as of the date the necessary deductions and the procedure for cancellation are completed.


Client cannot claim any refund with regard to the reservations it has not cancelled or requested any change as per the cancellation and change terms and conditions.


Hotelza shall send a confirmation e-mail (stated during the reservation) to the Client if the payment stated on the Platform is duly made and the Client satisfies the terms and conditions of the relevant reservation.

In the event the Client is not able to see the reservation due to any technical problems of the e-mail server of the Service Provider or any other reasons, he/she should immediately notify this to the Hotelza. Upon such notice of the Client, Hotelza shall be responsible from contacting with the relevant Service Provider and approve the reservation.

The Client shall make the payment from his/her own credit card or bank account. Hotelza is entitled to not accept the payments from credit card of or transfers from third parties or require additional verification in this regard.

All information given by the Client during reservation must be true as the reservation is made in line with such information. The Client cannot claim any rights or refund in the event he/she cannot accommodate, fly or benefit from other services due to incorrect information.


Information regarding the facilities, contents regarding city introductions and travel guides are prepared by independent third parties and just for information purposes. Hotelza is not responsible for these contents.

On the other hand, all of these information, document, pictures and similar contents are within the scope of copyrights. They cannot be reproduced, and cannot be used by making additions, deductions or amendments thereto.


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and in the event of any dispute arising in relation thereto, such dispute shall be settled by the local courts and execution offices of where offices of Hotelza are located including Geneva.

XI. ENTRY INTO FORCE This Agreement shall enter into force by and between the Client and Hotelza as of the date the Client purchases any services offered in the Platform and stated in this Agreement and/or makes a reservation and shall be binding upon the parties.
